Powered Living Therapy Technologies ("Powered Living", "we", "us") operates poweredliving.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, product registration details, warranty claims, wholesale or military/first-responder applications, reviews, and any messages you send us. When you claim a booth gift card, spin a pop-up offer, or sign up for texts or emails, we collect the contact details you enter and the event or offer you responded to.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring URLs, and interactions with our emails and ads. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other processors shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.

Subscriptions. If you subscribe to recurring pad or accessory deliveries, we keep the details needed to bill and ship on your schedule until you cancel.

How we use it

Fulfill and ship orders, process returns, warranty claims, and product registrations.
Send order, shipping, and account notifications.
Send marketing emails and texts you have opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Show you relevant ads on other sites and social platforms, and measure how those ads perform.
Improve the Site, our products, and customer support.
Detect fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers that help us run the business. Each receives only what it needs for its role:

Shopify hosts the Site and processes orders and payments. See Shopify's privacy policy.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ads and to show ads to people who visited the Site, viewed products, or signed up for an offer. This sends Meta information about your activity on the Site and, where you have given it to us, hashed contact details for matching. You can control this through your Facebook settings under Off-Facebook Activity and by adjusting ad preferences in your Meta account.
Google. We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement and advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and at adssettings.google.com.
Klaviyo sends our email and text marketing and stores your contact and purchase history for that purpose.
ShipStation and our carriers receive your name, address, phone, and order contents to print labels and deliver packages.
Shopify Subscriptions manages recurring orders.
Review and support tools receive your name, email, and order details when we ask for a review or answer a support request.

We also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out as described below.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and pixels for the cart, checkout, analytics, and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may break checkout. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals but does honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

Marketing texts and emails

By entering your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to recurring automated marketing messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your data. To make a request, email office@poweredliving.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity before responding and will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the Meta and Google links above, adjust your cookie settings, or email us.

Data retention

We keep order and warranty records as long as needed for the product warranty period, tax and accounting rules, and dispute resolution. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
