Ems How To Use – Steps
STEP 1 : Connect
Connect the selected receiver to an accessory or to electrode gel pads.
STEP 2 : Connect
Remove plastic film from electrode and stick to application area on your body. Turn on receiver.
STEP 3 : Connect
Turn the unit on using the black button on the top.
STEP 4 : Connect
Select your receiver you want controlling your pads by pressing CHANNEL.
STEP 5 : Connect
Press the desired mode.
STEP 6 : Connect
Adjust the strength of the sensation by pressing the + or – icon.
STEP 7 : Connect
Adjust the timer by pressing the time.
STEP 8 : Connect
